Streams Farm
New Enclosure was appointed to provide landscape consultancy for a site split into three separate allocations: a new, high specification house for a young family; a residential development with significant natural recreational greenspace; and a class Q barn conversion.
The site’s wider landscape context features both an AONB and National Park in close proximity with the site itself subject to complex ecological, hydrological, and landscape elements. New Enclosure worked closely with the project’s architect and planning consultant to develop proposals that reflected the rural landscape character of the area.
Having promptly obtained permission for the high specification house and class Q conversion, New Enclosure is well positioned to assist with the further evolution of the landscape design ahead of the production of tender documentation and construction detailing ahead of the builds commencing. We are also looking ahead to developing the larger residential allocation as the project progresses into its next phases.
